Filtering: a discussion Document

More and more educators are exploring the effectiveness and the constraints of  content filtering  at school. Some educators see content filtering as hampering  teaching and learning opportunities. Content filtering, however, has to be viewed within the context of teacher confidence, school culture and the trust relationships among members of the school community.

This  document can be used as a discussion starter  to  guide schools in  determining what is best in their context.
