There is alot of traffic to and fro from NetSafe regarding the ways in which teachers can use facebook to connect with students, without stepping over the "boundary".
A recent survey carried out by Symantec showed that 25% of New Zealand teacher still "friend" their students on Facebook, usually done so that they can effectively conect with them around curriculum issues.
