It cover a wide range of topics related to facebook, from its conception through to monitoring childrens use. More than half the document is devoted to how to optimise facebook settings for young people.
The document definitely has a real positive feel and acknowledges the importance of social networking in the lives of young people. Certainly worth a read, and recommending to parents that are concerned about facebook specifically.
